I Wanted To Collaborate With Sarkodie But I Was Laughed – Larusso reveals

Larruso, a Ghanaian reggae/dancehall artiste, has revealed that he wanted to do a song with celebrated Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie on a project later this year.

This comes after an old photo of Larruso with Sarkodie surfaced on social media earlier this week.

In an interview with Sammy Forson on Daybreak Hitz, the ‘Killy Killy’ hitmaker explained that the photo was taken when he contacted Sarkodie for a verse for his own project, which proved impossible, but he was able to get a picture with him, for which he is quite thankful.

“At that time, I wanted to tell him that I wanted a verse for my song. I told one of his bouncers and he was like look at this guy, but I managed to have a picture with him and I’m so grateful for that,” he revealed.

When asked if he would like to work with him in the near future, he replied, “Of sure, it will happen this year.”

Larruso rose to fame after releasing ‘Killy Killy,’ which he later remixed with Stonebwoy and Kwesi Arthur.

Other songs he has written include ‘Eeba,’ ‘Gi Dem,’ and ‘Celebrity.’

He appeared on the show to promote his new track, ‘Carolina,’ which he said was inspired by his father.
